CoverLineage is an independent, fan-created editorial archive documenting relationships among comic-book cover compositions. The site is provided for identification, commentary, scholarship, criticism, and cataloging. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the publishers, artists, retailers, or rights holders represented.
Third-party rights
Comic-book titles, characters, logos, cover artwork, product images, and related marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer ownership to CoverLineage. Original site text, organization, catalog structure, and design may not be reproduced wholesale without permission.
Accuracy and availability
The archive is researched in good faith, but catalog information may be incomplete, disputed, or revised. CoverLineage does not guarantee availability, condition, authenticity, price, or seller performance for items found through external marketplaces.
Community submissions
By submitting text or images, you confirm that you have the right to share them and grant CoverLineage a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, reproduce, resize, and display the submitted material in connection with the archive and its promotion. Submissions may be edited for clarity, declined, or removed. You retain any rights you hold in them.
Acceptable use
You may not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, abusive, or privacy-invasive material; interfere with site operation; scrape the archive at a volume that burdens the service; or misrepresent affiliation with CoverLineage.
External and affiliate links
External sites are operated independently. Some marketplace links may become affiliate links, meaning CoverLineage may earn a commission from qualifying purchases at no additional cost to the buyer. Inclusion remains an editorial decision and is not a warranty or endorsement.
