When you submit a comment, photograph, correction, cover suggestion, or message, CoverLineage may receive your name, email address, submission text, uploaded files, and any information you include. Email addresses are used for moderation and necessary follow-up. They are not displayed publicly with approved comments unless you separately request publication.
Information collected automatically
The hosting provider may process routine technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, referring page, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs. CoverLineage uses Google Analytics to understand visits, popular pages, onsite searches, referrals, and outbound marketplace clicks. Google Analytics may use cookies and process device, browser, approximate-location, and interaction information under Google’s own privacy terms. You may limit cookies through your browser settings or use Google’s Analytics opt-out tools.

Community photographs and comments
Approved material may appear publicly with the display name you provide. Do not submit confidential information or material you do not have permission to share. You may request removal of your published submission.

The site links to eBay, MyComicShop, Instagram, publishers, retailers, and research sources. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Clicking an external or affiliate link may allow that service to recognize the referral under its own policies.
Retention and choices
Submission records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for editorial review, recordkeeping, security, or legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to legitimate recordkeeping needs.
